NYT – When Should A Kid Start Kindergarten?
My birthday is in November and I started kindergarten when I was only four years old and I obviously did not lag behind the other students. However, I was put in lower level math/reading groups (until around 3rd grade) until I went to my teachers and convinced them to move me to the higher levels.
